Purchased by current owner (Chris Bauer) 50% in 1989 and 50% in 1990.
Manufacturer of one-piece plastic laminate tub surround since 1980.

Chris Bauer has been a member of the Better Business Bureau (Vancouver Island) for 24 years and served 13 years on the Board of Directors. He already holds a degree as a Construction Superintendent and is working on his ASCT degree in construction Management.

Experience

For over two decades, the company has been providing goods and services in the field of bathroom renovations. One of its ever growing departments is in the field of bulk supply of its’ services. The largest of which was for 96 tubs and 127 taps and tub surrounds. This project was divided over three job sites and all but three units were occupied. The sheer magnitude of this project mandated the development of a "system" to minimize inconvenience to tenants and yet maximize profit margins. Even though this program struggled into existence, the project was completed in less than seven weeks (much to the surprise of our customer). Since that time we have performed dozens of bulk renovation projects both in and out of town.
